Won't leave a message or talk to you, but keeps calling!

It is simply a harassment call to intimidate

This is the second time from this number
Rings and then hangs up
And if answer no one is there or then they just hang up.

Called and the can hung up after a few seconds. No message left. Labelled as "suspected spam" on my Samsung Gakaxy phone.

Rang once, hung up, and no message

Called, no message left.

Keeps calling. I rang back and recorded message advised
“ The number you have dialled is not in service. Please check the number and try again”.

Call was from Australian Research Centre asking about cost of living and how it has affected us.

I had the same experience. As soon as my phone rang, they would hang up. No messages.
