Yes.. this is obviously a scam / suspected fraud. Thanks for notifying us.

No message left. Probably from a scammer

Call centre noise in background when the call went to voicemail. No message left. Unable to call back just rings out. weird...

Continues to ring. Let's it ring a few times then hangs up. I've blocked them now, but they'll probably call back from another number. Who knows what they get out of this sort of behaviour. Pains in the butt.
