Caller: Claims to be from a company "Save Energy"

Caller claims they are calling about a state initiative of a free display fridge. Then ask if we have received one yet.
Caller will not give any further company info (website, email, phone or business details)
Other numbers are (02) 9071 0246 and (03) 9123 1031
We have received 40plus calls between 3pm and 7.30pm 06/07/22

Serious nuisance for the number of calls from this NON EXISTENT number. I'm looking for an eardrum piercing whistle tomorrow. They just won't quit!

Had three calls in three hours from this number! Fortunately was out at the time and missed them all. If they don't leave a message, I assume it's someone I don't know - and don't want to know!

Scammers. Block them!

Caller: Think scammer

Claims to be John from Australian government (didn’t say energy initiative) regarding a free fan cover! Idiots don’t realise in Australia fans already come with covers…. Scammers must be getting desperate, I hung up on him only for his female scamming college rang back 5 mins later. This is getting ridiculous.

No message definitely a scammer

Rings all day and night. Says nothing

Very rude. Couldn’t hear what the Indian caller was saying and said sorry. He said what are you sorry about? Don’t you know your name?

Rang 4 times yesterday and today twice - one caller managed to tell me it's about kitchen exhaust fans - I have said No do not ring again but being persistent they don't care - sick of the harassment! The number used isn't even listed - one concludes they are scammers!

Doesn't answer..

I've missed half a dozen calls from this and very similar numbers this month. They don't leave messages. Calling back always fails. I'd very much like a free display fridge!

Caller: Indian female in a call centre

Indian scammer woman said she was working for the Victorian Government and was offering free exhaust kitchen fans. She wanted to know my name, so I said privacy laws forbid me from doing that. She hanged up.

Called me but no message left.
