Caller: No name NBN scam, I hung up after a few seconds. Very persistent. They rang me back three times once I hung up. Ignored them and blocked.

Hung up as soon as answer machine picked up the call, are they that dumb that they can't realize that no one will answer the call in person after a lot of calls from the same number?

unknown number for me, I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message. Since other random people are getting a call also, this is looking like a spam or a scam.
