This is a scam call. It was a missed call - when listening to the message recording, I heard an automated voice (female American accent) inform me of a PayPal purchase order for $299.99 that will be debited from my account (I don't have a PayPal account). Options given - "to cancel press 1, to claim for refunding press 2, to talk to a representative press 9."
