Called them back. After a recorded message told me that my call was important and an agent would be with me in a moment, an agent was. A gentleman with a very thick sub-continent agent. He told me he was from PayPal.
Me: "You're not with PayPal".
Him: "Well if you want to lose your money and authorise or cancel a purchase then go right ahead and hang up".
Me: hangs up.
