the voice was a ROBO message , so not a real person.

A computerised voice saying something about a sum of money being debited from my account. Left 2 voicemails.

Called twice and left robot messages asking for payment. Unknown number

I cannot believe these people
I don't know if it is a coincidence but I just made a purchase using PayPal about an hour ago from the U.S.
I'd almost have believed it except that I ALWAYS check here for any unknown number and never answer unidentified

A message was left for a purchase of $299.99 that was nothing to do with me.

Caller: Robot message

Robot message said it was from Paypal with an unauthorised transaction of $299.99.
Wanted me to press a number and given 3 numbers to choose.
Obvious scam, blocked number.

Missed call from this number and called it back. An Indian lady was saying that she works in PayPal and received a purchase request $295 for Bitcoins.
