SCAM phone rings stops then they sends voice over with this message Press1 for refund press 9 for rep HANG UP IMMEDIATELY THEY I BELEIVE they CAN PUT A Large $$$$ BILL ON YOUR phone account Not sure about this but beware. It can be done to access a personal Computor
