Has tried to call me twice and left no voicemail

Didn’t know the number so I never answer such calls. Searched online found this forum. When are the Telcos going to be held to account for providing a service which customers pay for & customers like myself who have a private number, yet they negate to protect our privacy? They’re loud & proud announcing record profits yet dismally fail consumers!!

Optus has suspended my service, im unable to make or receive calls/sms and my voicemail states that my service is unavailable when family try to call me. Yet this number was able to call me? I didn't answer but I am a bit puzzled as to how they were able to get through. Strange.
