Caller: Rhaoul the telemarketer trying to sell lighting upgrades - same guy Rhaoul - rings constantly, no matter how many times I tell him we have been upgraded. Can't block his number because it is my work number and we don't have the facility. Shouldn't have to tell this guy every day to stop calling! He should just stop - these people are so f*cking painful!!!
