Didn't answer, but got a voicemail. When I listened to the voicemail all I could hear was the sounds of a call centre. Definite dodgy!

I answered it twice now and all I can hear is noisy chatter (like a pub bar) with a guy talking to another person. Could be a drunk pocket dialling me but this call does not seem to be from a mobile.

Hard to understand guy from Mumbai. Never understand why these idiots put non speaking Indians in a call centre. No one can understand them. He eventually asked. Did you receive your bbbvvvvv whatever from the Govt. I said yes I got mine from Vlad Putin he hung up! Now blocked. But they come back with a different number? This is the fault of the Telcos. They sell off numbers to any idiot that wants one!

Blocking doesn't stop them from ringing.
They use other numbers.

Continually call on weekends. When answered the call disconnects. Suspect it's a scam. Number blocked and reported.
