free led lighting b/s that scam is so old it's sort of sad for the dumb end of the scamming marketers, I don't think we have been tried on this scam from the gov for about 7 plus years now LOL

Caller: Sarah and Jade casually answer with just hello

Ive had 5 similar experiences
Your Contacted randomly regarding Free Led Lighting Upgrades.
They miss an inspection appointments.
Never called regarding no shows.
I called the 70646057 no. which is an unusual prefix for a casual "hello" when answering.
I believe this is some elaborate scam where the company is paid by the government who obviously dont regulate completed works who then pretend to perform upgrades but never visit or complete any work.
