Returned call to number, answered with message of "GOODBYE" - definite scam/spam caller

Has called us at least 7 times this afternoon. My wife’s mobile phone and our landline are called at the same time, from the same number. Bloody Indians harassing me! I just gave them a massive serve with swearing. I’m absolutely sick of it!
It seems that when my wife uses her phone for QR code checkin, we get heaps of these calls for the next couple of days. It seems this QR code check in is not very secure!
Anyone else having this issue?

Pests

They said that they were required to install LED lights to replace all incandescent bulbs. Wouldn't take 'no' for an answer and even started calling my daughter's mobile. She agreed to an inspection of our lights. Someone came to check out the house. He seemed nice enough but there weren't any old light bulbs to replace and he just said that he was a contractor to the company that called and it happens a lot, then left. They also used (03) 7064 4876, 7032 5779

Same. Have got 4 calls today from 03 7064 numbers. Who are these wackos?

Hung up as soon as I answered

When you call back, there is a msg saying the number you have dialed is unavailable, then it cuts you off. Scam for sure.
It ran my work number!
