Caller: Alice

Alice called and said she wanted to talk about trading platforms. Iam in the industry and was not interested. I asked her to remove my details from her database and not contact me again. She refused and continued to try and sell me her trading platform. The, which should have been ended when i said i wasnt interested wtihin the first 10 seconds continued for 9 minutes with her not listening to me. I ended up ending the phone call by having to hang up on her as she clearly was not listening to a word i was saying.
