This call showed as coming from Melbourne, Victoria. When I answered a man with an Indian accent began a spiel regarding electric power supply, telling me he could save me money (without naming my supplier). I told him that I was quite satisfied with my existing arrangements, then terminated the call. I would definitely classify this as a scam attempt.

Left a message saying his name was Phil - knew my full name. Wanted to update me on the “ huge rebate provided by the Australian federal government on solar panels and batteries”, I did not answer, clearly a scam and I’ve been getting multiple scam calls from numbers beginning with (03) 7057 lately.

He was trying to sell (think) water product. Told me water not safe to drink with heavy metals and bacteria. I said that all Australian water was potable but in case of flooding the government could advise to drink bottled water for a short time. He disconnectec
