Caller: I don't know Claimed they were a utilities price comparison company who works with over 30 different electricity companies. They knew my name and the post code of an old address. They wanted me to tell them my current address so they could compare my electricity bill to other companies. The whole time it sounded like a whole call centre in the background with my voice repeating back to me delayed. The manager took the call after the first person was not able to answer any of my questions. Both were not able to give me direct answers for why they had my data.
