Called and hung up without leaving message and when I called back phone seems disconnected

I was also called by this number and no voicemail was left.

Rings odd times leaves no message.

Caller claimed to be from Amazon and told me someone has been making purchases from my account. I don’t have an Amazon account and when I asked for further details they hung up…
