Caller: unknown lady with Asian accent

Lady claiming to be from Visa card security about suspicious charges to my cc which had been put on hold pending my verification and approval. I suspected a scam. She knew my name but could not satisfy me that she was genuine particularly when she wanted to know about recent charges I had made. I said I was not prepared to provide that information. She said that unless I did she would not be able to decline the charges and I would have to deal with my bank. I hung up.
