Caller: Scammer pretending to be Telstra wanting to hijack IP addresses

The man who called me claimed to be a Telstra employee. He informed me Telstra has observed problems with my internet. The person was not from Telstra, and my internet is fine. I'm not even with Telstra. These scam calls have to stop.
