Caller: Tommy from the Wine Club The calls just never stop. I have asked them, many times to be removed from their list. I don’t want calls, two weeks later, the calls start all over again. The last couple of digits may be different but the start of the numbers always the same.

Caller: Wine concierge club They have several different numbers with the same prefix: 03 7053 39XX. No matter what you say, they have a spiel response. They are insistent. They say there's 100% money back guarantee (I've ordered from them in the past) but just try getting someone to respond to your emails to make it happen. Last time it took about 4-6 weeks and a lot of angry emails before someone finally got back to me and I did get my refund. When they want your business they'll pester you incessantly though.....
