Caller: Wine Concierge Club They have several different numbers with the same prefix: 03 7053 39XX. No matter what you say, they have a spiel response. They are insistent. They say there's 100% money back guarantee (I've ordered from them in the past) but just try getting someone to respond to your emails to make it happen. Last time it took about 4-6 weeks and a lot of angry emails before someone finally got back to me and I did get my refund.
