No-one responded after I said "Hello". I am assuming that this is a robot call that took longer than normal to ring back to the telemarketer after I answered. No doubt I will receive another call from them in the coming days. Lately all these type of calls have related to solar and this is because the government is rebating solar and these people want to get paid a 'finders fee'.

Again, they didn't leave a message or anything; just hung up after awhile of me waiting. I think these type of calls are too confirm real numbers then telemarketers start calling.
