My phone identified the call from this number as 'suspected scam'. The voicemail message left was brief and the background noise sounded like an overseas call centre - the guy said, no no don't block me and call disconnected (my voicemail greeting says that any number not recognised or not leaving a message will be blocked.

a few other people i know including myself have had this same number call, but funnily enough they identify as different organisations each call one claimed they were from Telstra checking if you have internet.
