Caller: Claims to offer govt. rebates (03) 7053 1602 - Melbourn Gets my name completely wrong then asks if I own or rent my home. When they don't get the expected response, they hang up - I block. A day or 2 later a slightly altered number calls, same thing......gets my name wrong because they cannot pronounce an english name, do I own or rent my home.....??? I ask if they own or rent their home....?? Then they hang up after calling me rude??? Go figure.
