Caller: "someone from Amazon security" Claimed to be from "Amazon Security" - knew my name and email address, claimed someone was using my Amazon account to try and purchase a new phone.. I hung up.

Caller: Claimed to be Paypal Said my card was used to make payment on Global World travel. Told him Aust banks are hot on security from scammers, he hung up!

Caller: They claimed to be from NBN They claimed to be from NBN and checking the speed. After realising it was a scam, I told them not call me again. he called me back and complained by I hung up on him.

Caller: Unknown Suspected scam. Caller ID flagged it as suspicious. Long pauses. Caller asked if he was speaking to someone by my name. I answered yes. Caller hung up. Person probably got access to my details from a data broker.
