When I answered the call, it was an automated message telling me which number to press. They claimed to be an insurance company, but it was clearly a scam.

Claiming to be Telstra telling me that my internet had gone from private connection to public connection and it was easy for people to hack into my computer.
I told her that I'm not falling for her sh*tty scam and hung up.

I did not pick up the call but the automated machine left a voice message in English and Chinese, saying that my SIM Card is being "marked".

Caller stating to be paypal and asking if I had authorised a $900 payment. Clearly a Scam and they hung up when I called them out.
