Caller: Scammer

Claimed to call from Telstra regarding my ‘internet’. Pardon you I never use Telstra in my entire life. Typical Indian scammer.

Simply variation of Spoof number/s used! Didn’t leave me Voicemail & then discovered msg stating “Number Disconnected” so blocked 😡

Number has called 4 time today, several yesterday. Came in here and saw the comments. Has to be a scam for sure.

Caller: A very sophisticated scam!

Received a recorded/automated message from
Commonwealth back about fraudulent charge and if I don’t want
The transaction authorised, press 2. Went thru to the bank which seemed to have enough info about me that seemed legit, until I wanted more info about them and what info they had about me. Asked me for full bank details, talked thru my internment banking, had some card details. Eventually after persisting with their authorisation, they said they will block all my cards and require me to go into the bank to unlock them. It seemed soooo legitimate until I refused to give any details and they hung up on me. The bank verified there was no fraud call made and no related transaction.

Caller: English is not the male callers first language

Indian call centre pretending to be Telstra Melbourne telling me my downloads & uploads are slow compared to what I'm paying for.

Caller: Pretending from paypal

Pretending to be PayPal confirming if I am making payment to someone, then forwarded me to their fraud dept lol

No voicemail left except it sounded like a call centre.
