Was a robot talking, I could barely hear what was said as I was driving and just hung up, could be a scam

Australian accent, claimed to be from AFP cybercrime division

Absolute spam.
Called saying theyre from my telco, saying my IP is set to public and needing to verify a whole bunch of things to verify me and set it to private. I asked them what the questions were, all the things and bank might ask you for. Hahaha. So silly. Hahahaha.

after i hung up got not get service as in phone calls on landline was no dial tone and could not receive calls

Said my mobile service will be deactivated in 2 hours and then started speaking something in chinese.

Health insurance spam

Spam call in Chinese saying that my number has being used illegally and will be blocked at the end of the day unless I contact them. Totally scam

picked up phone then they hangded up

“Suspected spam”. Did not answer. No message left. Now blocked deleted.
