Caller: OLIVIA Received a call from a woman with an Indian accent. She said her name was Olivia, and she was calling on behalf of the Victorian Government's Energy Rebate Scheme. I hung up on her immediately. To anyone who receives the same call from the following phone number: (03) 7053 1269, please please hang up on them.! These people are scammers operating out of illegal call centre's in India, and they use sophisticated computer software programs to dial up phone numbers that look like genuine phone numbers that are originating from Australia, they are not!!
