Caller: Spammer Call Centre SMS me at 10.41 am saying missed call probably same as rest of 7053 spammers blocked and deleted

this number calls my mobile numerous times every day even though I've blocked it. Also calls the landline at work and hangs up as soon as I answer. Very odd and very annoying.
