Seems to be scam call from this #. When I answered their call, it took awhile for them to speak & the back-ground noise I heard tells me that it seems to be an extremely busy call centre with lots of people talking. I don't have any business with foreign #'s and I pay for ph services for my benefit & not others to violate & use my # for their benefit.
