Caller: Vodafone Caller said someone used my personal information to register a new phone number. My I think is a scam

Caller: Unknown Missed call. On return call someone either answered and didn’t speak or it was a voicemail recorded where they didn’t say anything and hung up. Either way, not a reputable business
