Caller: Scammers They said they were from my bank's Visa department and there were charges on my account and they wanted me to confirm my credit card details so they can reverse the charges. I don't have a Visa card, and they refused to tell me which bank it was. The scammer got frustrated and told me "it's your bank idiot" and hung up on me.
