This number keeps calling my mobile but when I call it back from a landline there is just silence.

Scam.Automated message supposedly from ANZ bank about a transaction. Asking for personal details to complete. I don’t bank with ANZ.

Caller: Claiming to be Telstra Someone claiming to be from Telstra saying that my IP address had been downloaded to a private modem multiple times. Thinks them I’m not with Telstra - she then said “but Telstra controls all of the network”, at which point I said “this is clearly a scam so I’m hanging up now.”
