Caller: Recorded message This call showed as coming from Melbourne, Victoria. When I answered there were a few seconds of silence, then a recorded female voice told me that she was from Amazon and that my account was about to be debited of $99.99. I receive similar calls (always from different numbers) quite regularly. They are certainly scam attempts (always the same format, just from different numbers).
