Scam call blocked and reported to phone app

Web search noted that the call maybe a spare number yet to be allocated

Answered the call. I don't say hello to unknown numbers and the call dropped after 5 sec of silence / no voice. Find that usually means it's a call center Bot waiting for "hello" to pass you on for spamming. Two of these calls, same day/time, different numbers both from VIC state.
