This is a spoofed number that is not in service and has reports of being a scam on other sites. A robo caller contacts hundreds of numbers in order to find out which will answer. You get a few calls that seem to hang up but then indians start calling soon after with all manner of fraud and mischief.

Rang for a short amount of time then ended. No voicemail left. Was flagged as spam when I checked my phone.
