Definitely a spammer as I called back and got a "no is not in service"

I keep getting calls rom this number and my phone comes up with a red screen telling me its a scammer so I haven't answered any of the calls.

They called me lying that my bank account was hacked and what not and they were spamming it don't trust unknown callers they are just dumb scammers

Definitely a scammer. I did not answer and when I called back recorded message advised number not on service. I get a lot of calls with similar numbers and block them all the time.
