Caller: Chinese robocall Robocall in presumed Chinese (asian language). The call went through to voicemail, and the scammer computer wasn't smart enough not to hang up. Voicemail recorded a female, presumably Chinese (by the sound of it) computer generated voice. I'm guessing this is the Chinese government student visa scam.
