voicemail – foreign transaction scam

Scam call!

An hour or so earlier similar call from (03) 7048 0114 Have had five scam calls in two days but none showing up as 'issues' on reverse Australia other numbers (02) 9069 7411 (02) 9069 4888 not similr patterns.

Missed call, after checking the feedback here I have now blocked the number.

Debit card usage not recognised

First call was an automated voice speaking Mandarin (I think?) but they hung up very quickly. I called back to ask them to stop calling me and an automated voice with an American accent said I was first in queue and then it hung up...

Amazon scam call

Caller: Alledegly from Amazon.

Computer generated female voice, asking for verification for supposed Amazon order.

Voice message says press 1 for English, press 2 for Chinese... obviously a scam. Phone picked up as potential fraud. Blocked!

Claimed my phone would be deactivated in 2 hours and then asked what language to use to continue the call. Hu g up at that point and blocked the number as a scam.
