Missed call. Voicemail left. Speaking in Mandarin Chinese claiming to be Telstra regarding mobile outages and to press 1 or 2 for Chinese or English language respectively. Obviously scam. Ignored and blocked number.

Another 03 7048 xxxx number. Blocked.

It's incoming calls like these that I'm so glad that I do NOT have a message bank.
Have had a few incoming calls on different numbers from (03) recently where the robocall language is Chinese. I immediately hang up.
