Caller: Telemarketing for Vic hot water rebate Polite but persistent due to the Victorian solar and hot water rebate. Polite person but obviously desperate due to the period provided by Vic State Government rebate offer

Rings 5 times then hangs up. No message left. Got call from similar number yesterday ending in 55 not 44. Blocked caller.
