Caller: Call Centre acting as aggregators for VIC Heat Pump rebates and installation

I decided to entertain the call which lasted approximately 30 minutes. They knew my name but the address was wrong by about 8 years. My questions resulted in the call being transferred upwards to next level supervisor. Eventually my Q&A resulted in three different quotes being provided. I requested further information via email about each heat pump and the installation companies. Repetitive questioning as to the name of the telemarketing business resulted in only general description not exact name. I expect another call next week at which time I will fill their call diary with a myriad of questions. But no order. Happy to use up their free time. Such fun.

Yet another one. I wait for the caller to actually speak and identify themselves but they simply hang up - mission of having butted into my day having been accomplished, apparently. I'm fed up to the back teeth with these calls.

Caller: Called to upgrade my hot water service

Called at 7.47pm. Used my first name and told me they were going to upgrade my hot water service for free. Told them it was unacceptable to be calling so late and hung up

Hang up when voicemail answered no message left, number now blocked- lots of calls from similar numbers multiple times daily for 3 days - all now blocked
