A guy in a call centre with accent saying his name is Charlie and is from Upgrade Today. These people have called me no less than 3 times every day of the week on multiple numbers. I am on a do not call register but that means nothing. I wish these people could be charged with harrassment.

Caller: Spammers about hovt hot water upgrade. They are pests, multiple calls in different numbers. Annoying

Govt call about hot water systems. Does not matter how many times you tell these people, they just keep on calling on multiple numbers several times a day.
