Claimed to be Telstra and I have a problem with my phone. Automated call.

This is ridiculous. The scam phones in our country and couldn’t allocate the location of landlines. What we are paying taxes for national security. How it could be too hard to investigate a landline. If we cannot allocate the address of a landline how they are going to catch a criminal.

Caller: Experience Technology

Missed call from this number, called back and an automated message claimed to be from “Experienced Technology” (it cut out but I believe it’s correct), then told me I was in a queue to be put through to a consultant.

Calls me many times - recorded voice mail left in another language, sounds like a Chinese dialect. Annoying & nuisance calls.

I hung up and checked in here.

Automated voice call telling me to press 1 or my phone number would be cancelled in two hours. SCAM!

Proceeded to tell me I had an overdue account, couldn't tell me my name or account number.

Never had a Telstra account.

just rang and hung up when I answered
