Was a call centre as could hear noises in the background. Foreign accent. When I phoned back and asked the purpose of the call, she hung up! Have blocked.

I missed a call and when I phoned back it was definitely a call centre. They are promoting a grant for replacing hot water systems. They hung up on me when I said we are tenants not the owner. Rude!!!!
