Caller: Alex Steve This is a number that is very similar to a lot of SCAM calls that I receive. It is shown on a Cybershield document and I believe that it is just another SCAM.

Caller: Steve Called an elderly friend of mine pretending to be tech support and "installed" a firewall for them saying the computer had a virus. They used the common method of running the "tree" command in command prompt, and during the output wrote "Trojans found". There was nothing installed and they intimidated my friend to give them $499 for the service. Thankfully we were able to get the money back through the bank.
