Had my name and number, and called convincingly about financial investments. When asked to explain how my number was obtained started with a nonsensical story and hung up when asked again. When the caller id was dialled it returned "number has been disconnected".
Very clever scammer foiled in less than 1 minute because I am an IT forensic engineer and I demand they tell me how they got my number. Don't get caught. Never trust an unknown caller. Make sure you know exactly who is calling and get them to prove they are legit.
