Caller: Apparently Telstra They claimed my IP address was not private and that I needed to download some program from them to give them remote access to my phone to "fix" the problem. Total scam, I hung up on them when they would answer questions about how they got my number. Oh and I'm not with Telstra so they stuffed up with that one!
