called 11.26pm did not speak, did not hang up, so I hung up .. why cannot the government have somebody follow these numbers it is a landline number.

calls after 08:30pm
when the answering machine picks up...they hang up...no message
when I pick up...they hang up

I think this number is being spoofed. Calling it back gets a not in service message.

Called me at 23:40 . Some strange call waiting music when I answered then someone answered as if I’d called them. I hung up.
